Increased moisture

An increase of moisture in your property is a key component of mold growth. Bio-One Of Pasco County  teams are equipped and prepared to remediate mold if it is discovered on a job site, such as:

  • Hoarding remediation
  • Urine and feces disinfection
  • Gross filth
  • Biohazard remediation

When an environment for mold growth has been created, it takes as little as 24 hours for mold to grow. It is important to act quickly to asses and fix the source of moisture.

Removal

Technicians at Bio-One Of Pasco County  are trained on mold removal. Our teams will quickly assess the microbial growth and remediate the impacted areas before further damage is caused.

About Mold Growth

Mold is a naturally occurring organism, it’s present almost everywhere. The fungus can access your home through varying methods:

  • Doors
  • Windows
  • HVAC system

If not treated by professionals, mold growth can continue because it can be elusive. It needs to be removed and remaining areas must be treated for mold spores. Mold typically requires damp, warm environments. If actions are not properly taken, health risks may follow:

  • Respiratory complications
  • Skin irritation
  • Severe allergic reaction

These locations are not heavily trafficked and can be easily missed. Common areas to check are:

  • Attics and crawl spaces
  • Bathrooms
  • Under sinks
  • Washer/dryer hookups

David Gaul

Owners

Hi, my name is David Gaul and I’m the owner of Bio-One of Pasco County. I’m excited to work with Bio-One and see all the new opportunities to help strengthen my community because of it. I’ve lived in LOL for 15+ years, been a business owner for 10 of those, and have been heavily involved in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) throughout my time here. I run my business with the goal of providing excellent, reliable service to the community. I have a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving and helping others. Bio-One’s “help first, business second” motto fits right in with my values and compassion to always help others. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, minor in Chemistry, and specialization in Molecular Biology. That knowledge has helped support me through my 22 years of medical sales and will continue to aid me in my Bio-One ownership. I’ve spent my entire career caring for the sick with these new emerging technologies. Now, with Bio-One, I’m looking to make a broader impact in my community.
